Bright Sparks Physiotherapy

Enabling and Empowering You to Find Your Spark

Welcome to Bright Sparks Physiotherapy!

I’m a Physiotherapist with over 7 years experience in disability, community and clinical rehabilitation settings.

I love working in my local Barossa Valley community to provide NDIS-funded clients with gold-standard care all within the comfort of their own homes!

I have a special interest in working with clients with neurological conditions, hypermobility and connective tissue disorders and neurodivergent individuals.

I am all about bringing colour, fun and joy to physiotherapy and I would love to become a Bright Spark in your week.

Specialist Community-Based NDIS Physiotherapy

Excellent physiotherapy should be available to everyone!

Unfortunately, living in a rural or remote location often means limited access to great care - especially for those who may struggle to travel long distances or at all.

That’s why I started Bright Sparks Physiotherapy.

I saw the difficulties many people had accessing care within our local community and wanted to offer an option for excellent, in-home therapy to those covered by NDIS in more rural or remote locations.

I love living in the country and believe we all deserve access to the care we want within our local communities!

In-person and remote options

I come to you - so physiotherapy can take place in your home, local gym or park… wherever works best for you!

As a local practitioner based in Nuriootpa, Barossa Valley I am uniquely located to help keep travel fees to a minimum, meaning more funding is available for your therapy. I am able to provide service to the entire Barossa, Light and Lower North Regions, as well as into some surrounding areas.

Located even further afield? No worries - I also offer telehealth sessions for those in truly remote locations.

Example locations serviced outside of the Barossa Region include:

  • Clare

  • Elizabeth

  • Mannum

  • Morgan

  • Port Wakefield

  • Waikerie

    Stacey Morcom; Physiotherapist & Owner

  • Hi, I'm Stacey...

I’m the owner and Physiotherapist behind Bright Sparks Physiotherapy.

I started my physio career in a private practice in Nuriootpa, but moved back to a metro practice in 2024 in order to pursue my interest in mentoring and educating physiotherapy students and early-career clinicians.

I always wanted to return to rural practice and I missed being a part of my wonderful local community.

I realised there was a lack of community-based, NDIS-funded Physiotherapy Care within my local area and so Bright Sparks was born.

I have a special interest in:

    - Mindfulness and meditation practices

    - Yoga

    - Pilates

    - Neurological conditions including Multiple Sclerosis

    - Hydrotherapy

    - Hypermobility and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome

    - ADHD, ASD and other Neurodivergent conditions

When I’m not working with clients you’ll find me enjoying the Barossa lifestyle from our home in Nuriootpa. I love gardening, swimming in our backyard billabong, snuggling our shih-tzu cross puppy, sewing and changing my hair colour on a whim!

My passion lies in creating bright sparks in everyday lives - I believe therapy should be fun and engaging, exciting and personal all in one and I want you to look forward to our sessions together!
